Fee ledger, 1914-1931.

Ledger shows fees paid to the commission by individuals, cities, libraries, universities, and railroad, telephone, warehouse, utility, and other companies for inspections and for certified commission reports, orders, subscriptions and authorization copies. Ledger entries include fee payment date; payor name; bill or receipt number; amount paid; date monies paid into State Treasury; and occasionally, check numbers and monthly balances.
